IMPORTANCE OF KNOWING YOUR SKIN TYPE

With such a vast array of face moisturizers, creams, lotions, lip and skin treatments there is no excuse left for you not to have the most perfect and healthy skin. While buying any kind of skin care product- a moisturizer or an astringent etc, it is very essential that you know what your skin type is. As knowing your skin type will really help you in choosing the right product for yourself. Basically there are four types of skin types:
- Oily: Skin where there is a presence of shine and there are no dry areas.
- Normal: Skin where there is an absence of both overly oily areas and overly dry areas.
- Dry: Where the surface of the skin is flaking and there is absence of oily areas.
- Combination: Skin where both dry and oily areas are present.
- Many products are available for each kind of skin type. It is now your job to find out which product will work the best for you.
